  • Does it work against mosquitos?

 

No, mosquitos won’t be bothered by our fans, but it’s guaranteed to work on flies, bees and wasps!

 

  • Is it safe to touch?

 

Yes, our Belfans feature soft and flexible blades that detect hands approaching and stop spinning. Plus, they’re 100% chemical-free!

 

  • Will it harm the insects?

 

No, our fans will not harm any insects. Its uniquely designed holographic repel dots reflect light and will simply scare them off before getting close.

 

  • How many fans do I need for it to be effective?

 

On the average 6 to 8 seat dining table, two Belfans are recommended.

 

  • How are your fans powered?

 

They are powered by 2 AA batteries – long-life, simple, easy. This makes our fans ideal for outdoor activities, no power plug needed.

 

  • Does the airflow cool the food?

 

No, our fans will protect your goods from little flying invaders, but not from the sun.

 

  • How does the refund policy work?

 

Items in new conditions can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

  • My parcel arrived damaged, what now?

 

If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us at info@belfans.com and we’ll make things right.

 

  • Do you ship to my country?

 

We ship to almost every country in the world and have customers in over 70 countries.  (The only countries we don't currently ship to are: Algeria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Colombia, India, Kosovo, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, Pakistan, Slovenia, Tunisia, Vietnam)

 

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

 

We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express or direct payments through Apple Pay.

 

  • Can I track my order?

 

We typically ship orders in 2-4 business days after they are placed. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate. International customers, once your packages leaves, the tracking links may not always update but your package is still on its way.   • Do you sell wholesale?

 

We primarily sell directly to our customers through our website, but we also sell through a few select boutiques which we screen on a case-by-case basis. We want to make sure that Belfans Technologies is a good fit for the companies we work with and that our products are represented well. If you would like more information, please contact us with information about your shop.

  

  • What does shipping cost?

 

Shipping is free!

 

  • Will I have to pay International taxes and duties?

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. We recommended you visit this Duty Calculator to get an estimate of what you will be charged when the package arrives. We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.
