  • Can I track my order?


    We typically ship orders in 2-4 business days after they are placed. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate. International customers, once your packages leaves, the tracking links may not always update but your package is still on its way.   • Do you sell wholesale?


    We primarily sell directly to our customers through our website, but we also sell through a few select boutiques which we screen on a case-by-case basis. We want to make sure that Belfans Technologies is a good fit for the companies we work with and that our products are represented well.   • Where do you ship to?


    We ship to almost every country in the world and have customers in over 70 countries.  (The only countries we don't currently ship to are: Algeria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Colombia, India, Kosovo, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, Pakistan, Slovenia, Tunisia, Vietnam)


  • What does shipping cost?


    Shipping is free!


  • Will I have to pay International taxes and duties?


    Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. We recommended you visit this Duty Calculator to get an estimate of what you will be charged when the package arrives. We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.
